Iris Dry Cleaners provides laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, linen care, and pickup services across selected Nairobi and Thika coverage areas. Service availability depends on area coverage, order size, and scheduling capacity.
The minimum pickup order for standard residential service is KES 2,000. Orders below this threshold may be declined for pickup or redirected to a branch arrangement where available.
Most orders are returned within 24 hours. Some garments, stain treatments, specialty fabrics, or bulky household items may require longer handling time. If that happens, the Iris team will notify you.
Prices listed on the site are estimates unless confirmed after item review. Final pricing may change if the item requires extra stain treatment, specialist care, or differs from the item selected during estimation.
Customers should empty pockets and disclose known stains, damage, or special care instructions before collection. Iris Dry Cleaners is not responsible for items left in garments that are unsuitable for standard cleaning.
Payment may be made by M-Pesa or cash, depending on the order arrangement confirmed by the Iris team. By booking through the site, you agree to these terms and to direct communication from the Iris team about your order.
